Improvements over the original are listed below.
Better HTML
all appropriate information in the chapters 0-5 has been converted to
HTML tables or lists, similar to that of Appendices; added
column titles and table captions where appropriate
all the chapter titles now use <h4> tag instead of <b> tag

graphical navigation is improved, "pictures" now contain a link to description

Andrew Williams has stopped informing about changes to his Guidebook after July 1st, 2005.
